(3) The droplet single pulse automatic control electric arc furnace automatically controls the constant length of the arc according to the single pulse frequency and the relationship between the single pulse delay time and the chord length formed in the process of droplet generation and dropping of metal materials.


By working mode:


(1) Regular working electric arc furnace, that is, each smelting furnace is regarded as a cycle time.


(2) Continuous working electric arc furnace, which has two ways. One is furnace wall rotary table type; The other is that two furnaces use the same DC regulated power supply, that is, when one furnace is melted, change the switching power supply to the other furnace and gradually melt the next furnace immediately.


According to the structural form of furnace wall:


(1) Mobile electric arc furnace.


(2) Rotary arc furnace.
