1. This technical introduction

The solid waste slag (containing 40% iron) of copper smelter is smelted by adding carbon free flux and using the characteristics of electromagnetic stirring in DC submerged arc furnace to obtain two products: one is low-carbon pig iron (bread iron), and the other is that the smelting slag is calcium silicate, which is the clinker for the production of cement.

2. Smelting principle

Carbon free flux is used to reduce the melting point of materials, accelerate the melting speed of materials, and reduce the viscosity of high-temperature furnace slurry. Combined with the electromagnetic stirring characteristics of DC submerged arc furnace, the fluidity, thermal conductivity and conductivity of slurry are increased, so that iron oxide decomposes and reduces at high temperature to obtain metal.

3. Advantages of this technology

3、 Test charge standard

The small-scale test of raw ore within 15kg is free, and the pilot test within 100kg and the large-scale test within 100t are charged.
